DISCLAIMER EXPLAINED
​Quantum Release™ combines an amalgam of quantum methodologies, muscle testing and coaching techniques to improve the lives of its clients.  Quantum Release™ uses the body’s quantum data system (natural intelligence) to identify quantum signatures that generally are known to associate with particular pathogens and toxins or dis-ease states.  Quantum Release™ simply tells the body to remove those signatures and, now unencumbered, the client’s body is free to heal on their own. 
 
Quantum Release™ does not engage in diagnosing conditions or prescribing medication.  Quantum Release™ identifies unhealthy quantum data in the body and uses the body’s processes to eliminate any unwanted situations in the body.    
 
Quantum Release™ is not a substitute for regular medical or psychological care.  Quantum Release™ is not about disease or illness—rather, its focus is on wellness. Medical authorities do not recognize this work as “medicine”.  We agree.  Quantum Release™ consists of self-help coaching techniques and tools, within the category of “quantum therapy.”   Quantum Release™ and its practitioners believe that it is the client who heals himself/herself, and that the Quantum Release™ tools simply assist the client in this process.  Every Quantum Release™ client is unique, and therefore, each client’s experience with Quantum Release™ may be unique.  The client takes full responsibility for any outcome from this quantum work.  Quantum Release™ does not guarantee or claim any particular outcome as a result of these techniques and tools.  
 
During scans, we talk about virus, bacteria, fungus, parasite and toxin issues.  We are only saying that we have often found that quantum data in the body that is related to those particular situations.  Oftentimes, people who manifest that data over time experience patterns of deterioration in the way they feel.  As that data is cleared the body is free to heal on its own.  To paraphrase, Quantum Release™ does not heal, or claim to heal, anyone.  The body heals itself.
 
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
I agree to hold harmless Natalie Henkels, the founder of Quantum Command, LLC and anyone affiliated with Quantum Command, LLC from any claims, liability, or loss incurred directly or indirectly by you (or anyone you may teach or seek to help using Quantum Release™) as a result of the use or application of any techniques or methods learned from a Quantum Release™ practitioner or Quantum Command’s products.
 
I understand that Quantum Command's services and products are for coaching and entertainment purposes only.  
 
Further, I, for and in consideration of the Quantum Release™ Service which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby release and forever discharge Natalie Henkels, of Quantum Command, Her agents, employees, successors, and assigns, and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which I now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries and damages of any and every kind, to both person and property, and also any and all injuries and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to this coaching and service.
 
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY 
I understand and agree that any no-call/no-show will result in the forfeit of all monies paid. In the case of a late cancellation, defined as a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session, I understand that I will only receive a 50% refund of the purchase price.  
 
All fees for any and all products, including Quantum Command products, and Quantum Release University products, once purchased are, unless otherwise stated, non-refundable.  Quantum Release University fees are not refundable under any circumstances.  
 
OTHER
It is understood and agreed that this release shall be binding upon me, and my respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns. This release shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
 
I hereby agree to the above, and I understand that by using this website in any way, and/or scheduling with Quantum Command, her agents, employees, successors, and assigns, and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named it is the equivalent of a signature and that it is legally binding me to this agreement.
